Where are you located?

We are based at Siddals Road, Derby, DE1 2PY. (next to Gala Bingo)

Do You Have Parking?

We have approx 30 parking spaces that are free to paying customers, please be aware that during our busier times we can fill up pretty quickly. Leave your details at reception to validate your free parking

If you have to park in one of the local pay and display car parks please provide proof of this to a member of the team and we will give you a hot drink for free to compensate for having to pay!

Do You Have A age limit?

  • General admittance is for everyone
  • We have various activities available but we do recommend that youngsters under 5 are supervised at all times by a appropriate adult.
  • Children aged 11 and under must be supervised by an adult aged 18 or over, the adult must remain on site at all times.
  • Waivers must be completed for all customers prior to entering the trampoline area.
  • Waivers can be completed prior to arrival using the link on our website
  • Anyone over the age of 16 or older can complete their own waiver 
  • Anyone under 15 must have their waiver completed and signed by their parent or acting guardian prior to bouncing

Do I need to book?

Pre booking is advised to secure your preferred time, also prices are often cheaper online.

Jump slots are every half hour.

What time should i arrive?

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your booked jump time, this will allow you to be checked in and get ready for the compulsory safety briefing.

What should i wear & are there changing rooms?

We recommend some athletic clothing with some stretch. Baggy jeans and tracksuit bottoms are also fit for purpose. Our complimentary non slip socks are compulsory for health and safety reasons and to avoid any possible injury whilst bouncing. There are no changing rooms available so please arrive on site ready to bounce!

Do you have lockers?

Yes there will be lockers available on site for personal belongings.

We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Is there a weight limit?

Based on the trampoline manufacturer’s safety standards, the weight limit for an individual jumper is 120kg. Our policy is to recommend that anyone with individual weight-related concerns consult a doctor and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampoline jumping.

Is Jumping good for me?

Yes. Trampolining is one of the best forms of exercise there is!
